Personal Trainer – From a young age, Pat has always had a passion for fitness, competing in a vast variety of sports. He loves seeing how far he can push his body and what it's capable of doing. Specializing in Cert III & IV in Fitness and holding a Bachelor Degree in Nursing.

Personal Trainer – Originally from the Sunny Coast in Queensland, Hazel loves all things health, fitness, and challenging her body and mental wellbeing to the best it can be. Specializing in Cert III & IV in Fitness and holding a Bachelor Degree in Health Science (Nutrition).
